Thank you for contacting us regarding managing your investment property. Our goal is to ensure that your investment property is handled as if it were our own!

We will begin by performing a comparative market analysis to ensure that you are getting the most income from your investment. We will then provide you feedback and suggestions to get your property rented quickly.

Your property will be advertised on over 50 rental media sites including but not limited to Triangle Multiple Listing Service, Zillow, Trulia and Rent.com. A sign will also be placed in the yard.

Your property will be shown to potential residents and interested candidates will be carefully screened. We look at credit, criminal, rental history and income when determining if their application will be approved.

Once a resident is secured our services include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lease Signing
  • Rent collection (tenants can easily pay online)
  • Property inspections
  • Maintenance calls 24/7
  • Resident relations
  • Move out process including security deposit itemization

Most importantly, we provide you with a monthly positive cash flow statement. Additionally, our software allows you to access your account online at any time and view your statement and tenant’s leases.

Our fees are simple:

  • One time $200 set up fee per owner
  • 7% Management fee on collected rents

We offer you the flexibility of hiring your own maintenance technicians or using one of our preferred vendors.
